Shipping

We ship daily from our UK warehouse in Keighley. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has been processed. Orders are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–4 business days for local UK deliveries. Rural areas may take slightly longer.

Your shipping costs will depend on the cart value and location, and are as follows:

Anywhere in the United Kingdom

£4.05 - For order totals under £25
FREE - For order totals over £25

Rest of Europe

Under 0.1kg - £7.70
Under 0.22kg - £8.80
Under 3kg - £11.00

Import Duties, Fees & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs and do not benefit from them in any way.

We work closely with our delivery partners to minimise delays, but customs processing times may vary. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible on our website. If you’ve ordered the wrong size or need to return an item for any reason, you’re welcome to do so  within 30 days of placing your order. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, and is done at your own cost.

Please send the item back in its original packaging and include your order number. Once we’ve received your return, kindly allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
