As the country with the highest unemployment rate in the world, we felt the need to give back to communities in critical need of employment. By outsourcing our production, we hope to not only empower caregivers to earn an income but to also allow them the opportunity to remain present in their communities and inspire those around them.
We work closely with our manufacturing partners, providing them with training and equipment so that they can produce consistent quality in a sustainable way. We hope to expand this initiative in the near-future through the introduction of a fund that will provide future knitters and seamstresses in communities with the skills needed to create an income for themselves and their families.
